| Taking it very calmly Kevin! I have never let anyone ride a two wheel vehicle I own. I don't mind lending my car (if the person has insurance) . If he just wrecked his own ride shouldn't that have been a warning? Oh well each to their own. |

| +1 to everything Old Limey said --and your son needs a serious dope-slap too.

| That is surely a major setback. But at least your son and girlfriend walked away from it; that is the most important thing! |

| Sorry to hear that, SW can be replaced. I hate letting anyone use my vehicles, never had a good outcome. OH S--t something goes wrong. Don't even like my wife driving my car. |

| My motorcycles are for my enjoyment. When someone asks, I just say, "no" and leave it at that. It doesn't require an explanation. No is a complete sentence. |

| Main thing is no one was seriously hurt. I hope your insurance wasn't hurt either. Like others here I don't let anyone ride my bikes, mainly because I don't want to feel guilty if something happened to them. Secondarily because I don't want to lose the use of my scooter for a lengthy time while rebuilding or looking for another.
