| Just picked up an early Silverwing to get back in the saddle after 14 years; first ride out was fun and looking forward to taking her out for a few blasts over Easter:)
Just cleared space in my workshop (bigger than expected oops:), removed top box and heading out for an evening spin soon now that the sun is shining.
Look forward to hearing stories/tips/etc.

| Welcome back to the two wheeled world. They seem to be pretty tough these bikes, and they are very easy to work on for all the basic stuff. Enjoy the summer :-) |

| Thx:)
Already had a couple of hours looking around it/reading up and putting the supplied original screen back on (had a biondi aftermarket fitted but was a bit tall to see over). Surprised/v happy with the pickup from 40-70mph and getting used to manoeuvring it when parking up. |

| Welcome to the best SWing forum on the net Mully. Lots of info and people ready and willing to help. I've learned a lot from being here. I've changed my belt and put Dr. Sliders in. I've learned how to change oil and filter. And I learned how to remove the tires when I needed new ones.
This is a great site!!! |
