Well bought a 2006 scooter 2 days ago rode home in the pouring rain, which was scary to be honest, handling was horrible, so checked it today rear shocks showing one said 2 the other 3, and the tire pressures 13 in the front 14 in the rear so no wonder, bring on the nice weather at the weekend so i can try in more

I'm a new SWing rider too, got my 2003 a month ago and really enjoying it. Sounds like the previous owner of yours was a little lax with the maintenance. Shocked

Welcome from scotland, apart from low pressures and mal adjusted shocks sounds like my daily commute. In the dry their great, in the wet like any 2 wheeler be carefull. Mine is an 08 and 33k, hope it will last another 3 years till retirement ! Currently pushing a drive belt past 16 k, currently at 18k
