| Hi,
This is a Picture Story of a group ride to Mount Hamiliton. This is a mountain that has 7 observatories and is a great ride. It is one of my favorite rides to do. You go up the west side and it can be somewhat steep at times and very twisty. When you finally get to the top, some 20 miles later, you are in store for some very nice views. It is also nice to see the observatories too.
On the way down it takes much longer since it isn't quite as steep and only the first few miles are twisty. Then it turns into about 30-40 miles of nice curvy roads. There is also a cool burger joint at the bottom of this mountain. It is in the middle of nowhere but can be very crowded on the weekends in the summer, due to all of the cycles.
