I mean on the Silverwing scooter !!! Mine has a build up of road grime and aluminium dust! on it. It is easy enough to dust off but it returns real quick and looks like crap 90% of the time. I'd like to keep it shiny like the belt cover under the plastic but haven't come across anything that works. I know it will get dirty but does it have it to be that hard to keep it decent looking.

It's the air flow over your helmet & top case which is causing eddy currents aft of the bike.

Perhaps you could add a boy racer trunk wing to the top case to eliminate that turbulence.

What a Face Hey, it works for NASCAR so it will really impress the lads down at the Dairy Queen.

I tried something similar to that: I ran my lawnmower behind the bike a few times, but it just kicked up more grass clippings. Oh well .....
