| I don't have any interest in this company, but I just received this today. I was pleasantly surprised at its quality. Great hinges, nice lock, Heavy ABS, nice color, very heavy rack....For $55 its a steal Motorcycle Tour Tail Box Trunk Luggage Top Lock Storage Carrier Case 48L w/backrest & Handle

| Looks good. How did you mount it? Does it have a base that it can be removed and replaced easily? |

| I haven't mounted it yet. I'll let you know when I do and post some pictures too - exavid wrote:

| I've had several Givis over the years. At this price point, the build quality seems exceptional. We shall see.... |

My comment was meant to be tongue-in cheek. I do not use a Givi top box but many do. IMHO Givi charges WAY too much for their products. So keep us posted on the one you found, it might be a good option. |

| I just installed a Givi box on my Silver Wing but could have easily gone with the one senorcosta found. The Givi I just installed was the second I've installed on my Silverwings. I put a Bestem box on my first Silverwing which was well made and reasonably priced. So you could say I'm ecumenical on the subject of top boxes. |

| I like that...the angular shape makes a good blend with the SW, let us see some pictures when it's mounted, might get one myself. Mine's a bit tatty now. |
