Hey all,

Took the plunge today. I placed my deposit on a silver '10 Silverwing with less than .7k on the clock. Very excited to take delivery (20th). I'm UK-based (Norfolk) and have an A2 license so bike requires very slight restriction first. The bike did literally 70 miles in it's first 9 years of life then has done around 600 in the last 6 months. After 6 years zipping around on a Yamaha D'light I felt it was time to upgrade and the Silverwing simply called to me. It come with heated grips and charger is in glovebox. Also has a top-box but I think I'll remove that. Think I might consider back rests as first personal customisation. Will update once I take ownership.

A warm 92* WELCOME from East Tn.
If you get an problem - all that's necessary
is post your question. I'm sure someone has
experienced the same thing. Don't be bashful.
Again a WELCOME from the land of Davy Crockett
and the 17th President Andrew Johnson.
I no longer ride  due to AGE & health, sold my 06
S/W but want to assist anyway I can.

Well they delivered it and my first thoughts were "!?!? That's big". In as great condition as promised. I tentatively took it for its first ride. Truly amazing. Thrilled to be one of you. Only complication - moving the thing when not in use. My drive is on a slight slope and that caused real complications. I'm sure I'll get used to it. First order of business remove the underseat bulb and the givi box from the back.

Hi Hadders and welcome to the BEST SWing site on the Net. Lots of info here. Just use the Search box at the upper left or ask a question to get help on most anything SWing related.
