| Greetings From Northern New Mexico. I’m the proud new owner of a 2007 Silverwing. I bought the Swing in Colorado and brought it back to New Mexico. I’ve been riding since I bought my first bike in 1971, does anybody remember Bridgestone motorcycles? I’ve had many other bikes since then but age and my back caught up with me! I think I’m going to really love this bike because so far it’s a blast to drive. I’m looking forward to driving around the mountains in the fall, the best time of year to ride up here in my opinion. At 70 I find the Swing something I can still handle without to much difficulty and a don’t like all the wrenching like I used to on my 2 Sportsters! Thank you one and all. |

| Welcome from Nova Scotia.
My 2005 was my first ever bike.... regretting not making that move years ago. So I'm a novice here, having only started a "riding life" about about 6 years ago. Still lots to learn and this is the place to learn.

| Welcome Pete! You have some beautiful country to ride in. Took a trip from Arizona up to Taos and around Northern New Mexico. Sure is pretty up there. Enjoy. |

| Welcome aboard PeteP to the BEST SWing site in the Solar System. I remember the Bridgestone but vaguely. My first bike was a 1962 Wards Riverside 125cc. It was made by Benelli for Montgomery Wards. It was a one lunger 2 stroke. It did 55 mph downhill with a tail wind. I traded it to a guy I knew for a 1965 Ducati 350. That was a good bike. It sounded like a sewing machine with that overhead cam but it ran nice. |

| Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! I plan to use this site a lot so expect questions. By the way the Bridgestone was a 350cc twin cylinder 2-stroke which shifted shifted on the right. Thanks again to all. |

| Easyrider, I also am a proud graduate of NMSU (Go Aggies)! I worked for the city of Santa Fe, Española, and for Los Alamos County so It’s great to hear from somebody with some of the same history! I’m really starting to appreciate this group!
Be happy and ride safe. |
