| I decided put the 27g Tech Pulley sliders and Malossi white contra spring. I can say that acceleration improved huge. Take off acceleration rpm rised to 5500 where is best torque value. Cruising 80-90km/h rpm stay 4000. With this compination city driving fuel consumption rised little but in highway speed consumption dropped. My SW-T fuel consumption is between 3,7 - 4,4 ltr/100km. Depending where I drive. I put also a new belt because belt must durable huge acceleration power. Gates Boost Double Notch variator belt. Product number 9802-41804. Gates belts are specially reinforced with aramid fiber to ensure a long service life. Excellent resistance to impact loads resulting from rapid accelerations.
It depend what you want for your Silverwing.
Hope this information help you deside. |

Hope this information help you deside. Are you saying that, with your TechPulleys and Malossi contra spring upgrades, that your clutch doesn’t engage until 5500 rpm? If it doesn’t engage until that rpm, and with “huge acceleration power” it would seem to be lurching on take off and wouldn’t bode well for dealing with city traffic congestion. If I’ve misunderstood then at what rpm does your clutch engage or begin to engage? Oh, and what made you decide on 27gm TechPulleys vs 26gm or 24gm? |

| Sorry, my bad write. I mean that clutch start engage in 2200 rpm and rised to 5500 when i accelerate example from traffic light. I desided this compination because I wanted to prevent belt flapping to variator cover. With stronger contra spring belt is tighter and prevent this. Also shifting value is little longer but not to much. Example when I cruising 90km/h 4000rpm and hit full throttle rpm rised to 5500. I think that this compination are similary than with 25-26g sliders. |

| I 've had 26gm sliders in 2 swings and they reduce rpm's at 70mph by around 400 revs on my bikes. Acceleration is said to be better but I can't verify that. |

| With my 24gm sliders, my RPM at 64 MPH is 5K. A drop of about 500 RPM. |
