Can someone please help and say with certainty what is the weight of the original rollers in the 2011 Honda Silver Wing 600?

28 gm for Euro and North American market. IIRC 30 or 32 gm for JDM and some other Asian markets.
Now, could you kindly extend us the courtesy of introducing yourself. We do have the Introduction page here on the forum.

Thank you very much sir, I want to order Dr. Poley rolls, and I do not know what weight is best to order, I want the response to be stronger and at the same time lower the RPM a bit at high speeds

Then go with 26 or 24 gm. You won’t be disappointed.
That said, there is no such thing as a “miracle in a box”.

I just replaced the original rollers with Dr Pulley 25gr sliders on my 2013 Silverwing T600. I am very pleased with the result, better acceleration and no slapping of the drive belt which I had with the original rollers. Cruising speed on the highway at 120km/hr (75mph) engine rpm is about the same at 5400rpm.
