New to the group and scooters...

Hi,

The name is Al.  I'm retired and recently purchased a low mileage 2004 Silver Wing.  After years of motorcross, dual sport and cruising, I decided to try the scooter route as my hips aren't what they used to be (Maybe from the military and all that hard riding from early on...).  
Anyway, so far it's been fun riding around and getting used to the different feel of this.  Hope to learn lots here.

Welcome to the forum. I too rode motorcycles for many years and my Silver Wing is my first scooter. And I LOVE it. I seriously wish Honda could bring it back for an encore performance. Not likely though.  Enjoy your time here.
