New to the group introduction

 I’m new to the forum and own two Silverwings, they both have jetski bodies. I ride every day it’s not raining here in Louisiana

Those minor modifications which you have made to your SWs are astounding! Please don't tell us it works on water too.

We would be interested to know more about the background to those mods and how you came to choose the Silverwing. Did you do the work yourself etc.

I’m working on #2 now. Some of the mods are:Extended brake lines and throttle cables 15”Extended exhaust and added after market muffler Extended all wiring harnesses 2’YSS heavy duty shocksHyper Pro front shocksCut rear frame/welded brackets where neededExtended fuel tank fillFiberglasses mold for instrument cluster Extended handlebar’s 12”Relocated radiator fill and overflow bottleCustomized air filter and rear fenderLoosemarblesWell, that's quite an introduction. my very british question would be --- why? is it a thing across the pond? just wondering.

One could easily ask "why not". It's unusual for sure but who ever said the Silverwing wasn't fun?... in some form or other.

The amount of work involved in the customization is admirable. Riding in the snow must be very confusing!

yes, looking back at my post, i sound a bit rude. not my intention though
