I've seen that photo before somewhere before on the Web. Wowman driver for sure that seat is comfeeee until it rains a bit but I would need a lot more leg room.
Maybe it's a new safety feature just put an airbag inflator under there and eject-eject-eject avoiding that left turning blind fool who just cut you off.
She's not wearing her seatbelt how safe can that be?

Well, if I had gone to all the trouble of hacking the frame and redesigning the rear suspension, I would have put a passenger seat on there. Maybe a cup holder, electric windows, aircon etc.
