re: 2002 Honda Silver Wing getting repainted!

My 2002 Swing is in the process of getting a new paint job and all the cracks etc are repaired...I am lucky my boyfriend knows how to paint and repair cars.....my silver wing is going to look sweeeet!

Excellent! This is the great white whale of SilverWing ownership. Not to say it cannot or has not been done. Just that it is often the topic of much obsession and discussion. Has much to do with the paucity of colors offered by Honda.

I would very much like to hear what your boyfriend has to say about the process -from preparation all the way to finish.
