| My boys are recovering quite well. It's been 17 days since the accident and my son is very restless and getting into trouble for hanging by his good leg and getting up and hopping around and all kinds of typical bored 12-year old stuff!
I'll let Mr. Peach update if he wants on his condition. He says I forget about him, but I'm trying to respect his HIPPA.
Last week, my son said he wants us to start riding again, if we wanted. He wants to ride again when he can. We're thrilled that he's not anti-bike now, but we're both afraid to double him. I'm thinking about installing a trike kit for a little extra protection for a passenger.
But until then, I've been riding my scooter every chance I get. My boys are "stuck" with a shiny new SUV, courtesy of Enterprise.
Anyway, I've put a few miles on it in the past week, just driving to and from work. I'm already tired of hearing how dangerous it is. Grr, like it's anyone else's business. I could go on and on, but you know how it is. I'm sure you hear it every now and again, too! |

| "couldn't agree more and I'm still crazy after all these years. " Ditto Hi Yo, This is self evident on every bike/scooter forum that I visit. |
