I liked how the mount that DennisB was made and looked, so I purchased from him. I liked the thought of the center mounted GPS.

Here is how I did it

I wanted a design where I could continually add more without any additional wiring AND without limiting what I can or will do.
In fact I am now have heated clothing that I run without any problems.

If you decide on the HID lights I would highly recommend http://www.ddmtuning.com/ddmhidkits.html which is what I have. They have a lifetime warranty on the ballast and bulbs.

Another option would be to go with a three point mounting system.

This is that I did for my 03 swing. I made another one for my 08. The one for my 08 uses stainless steel screws.

garmin gps ram mount SDscf1618

garmin gps ram mount SDscf1619

I went with a three point system because I tend to give everythig I do some extra overkill.

I ran the power to the cigarette lighter that I installed in the glovebox.

Well thats an option for one of your questions....

Have a great day
