G'day, took the Swing out for a run for the first time in several weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the day.Fast, ain't they?
We left Perth 9.00am and headed East along The Grt Eastern Hwy to Northam for morning tea. After ourt repast, we travelled the 35klm to Dadd's Eremophila Garden Open Day.For the gardeners in our midst this is a native plant to WA and has a range of variety and colour. The local hospital putn on sandwiches and refreshments at the farm as a fund raiser and so we had a great lunch as well. From here we travelled on to a place called Goomalling to head back to Perth via Toodyay. A quick fuel stop here to replenish the Swings thirst and a pleasant (take Note Waspie) blue sky run back some 90 klms back home. Temp only about 23C max so pleasant enough with a twist of cool through the Perth Hills.

Beautiful Pics. Glad you had a clear day and good times.

Sometimes it's the company, not the ride, but both make it special/

Good day to ya mate.. sure would be nice if someone would get that dang bridge from the US to Australia finished. I would love to visit your country and New Zealand.
I have met some folks from there and just loved to hear them talk. Their laughter even sounds like poetry. Somehow I get the mental picture that you Purt are a poet too. I get a boost out of your humorous posts here as well as the discussions you participate in. Would love to have you guide me through your country. Have a good'en.

Gary, reckon how many service stations are gonna be needed on that bridge. Now ifin we can get the franchise for those alone it should help our bank books a little, think of the mods and bling we can afford then. jocolor

Once upon a time I saw a set of really old (1920s) encylopedias that in the "A" volume for the information for Aviation the discussion stated that some people were trying to overcome the present limitation on flights over the Atlantic by building small floating islands for refueling every few miles. Don't think that ever happened but might be worth the investment to build a bridge to ride the Silverwing. Maybe ... can always dream.

City centre is actually a "turn right into St georges terrace. Point zero is about 100 meters along St Georges Terrace, and only about 100 meters from where I work.
Hawaii to southsea islands would be better and via Tahiti to Brisbane then Sydney, Adelaide on to Perth. remember youve got to stay on the black top.
Unless of course you want to visit Honda Japan.
