| Has anyone purchased a Coocase Top Box. I have been looking at this brand and am thinking of getting one for my Swing. It is less expensive than a Givi. I saw a video on the Twisted Throttle site. It looks pretty nice.

| I've seen them advertised on Twisted Throttle as well. They are a fairly well known company and have been in business for a while. I think they are a good value. |

| i bought one from twisted throttle and was very happy with it, tho i never hooked up the brake lights or alarm system. was too afraid the alarm system would drain the battery.

| Thanks, for the responces. I'm still thinking about which one to go with. I plan on commuting back and forth to work when the weather allows. I also plan on riding on longer trips with Bob. I see me using the box on a daily basis when I do ride which hopefully will be alot.
Jim go on the twisted throttle site and they will tell you the electrical output of what the coocase gives out.
Thanks,

| Hi Cathy,
Take a gander at the Givi T450 Trolley Soft bag, it has multiple uses.
http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/3858/69/
It's the size of a small TSA-approved roll-on suitcase that will fit in the overhead on a plane. It also has a separate, well padded, laptop pocket and enough room for a two day out of town trip if you pack lite. It also has its own raincover as well.

| I just bought a basic 28L CooCase box just before Christmas. Initially I was sent the wrong box (Chinese clone that was decent), then got it straightened out and got the CooCase. BTW, this is for a Vespa GTS I bought in Nov.
It is a very good quality box. Opens and shuts well. Lip looks like it would hold out rain. Locks nicely. If you buy it with the bells and whistles it can get expensive. For $75 shipped, I am quite happy (which included the mounting plate). It's not color matched, just matte black.
I bought my Silverwing used, and it came with a color matched GIVI 46L Monokey. The CooCase is probably not as high a quality, but is more than good enough for either bike. |

| Phillip,
Thanks for the input. How does the 46L GIVI look on your Swing? I am thinking of the 48L Coocase. No to big I hope.

| CathyN, the 46L looks okay to me. It is color matched which helps its looks. I just don't like the look of ANY box on the back of the scooter (or most of these Japanese maxi-scoots). They stick up in the air so far that I don't like the looks. But, you can't deny their usefulness. The 46L is not too big.
Mine stays on the garage fridge about 90% of the time. If I do some overnight trips this year, I will be very happy to have it.
Philip

| I agree with Phillips. I have the Givi 52. Use it rarely, BUT when I use it, its great to have. Holds a lot of stuff. |
