| Hi All,
Happy New Year.
I picked up a FuzeBlock FZ-1, http://www.cyclenutz.com/Fuzeblock-Fuse-Block-FZ-1_p_92.html. I am curious if anyone has installed this or something similar. I am trying to determine the best place for this.
I am leaning towards installing it in the left side glove box.
Any thoughts?

I am leaning towards installing it in the left side glove box. Where ever you mount the FuzeBlock make sure you can easily access to check or change fuses. I mounted something similar under the right rear quarter panel ( http://silverwing.org/cgi-bin/topic_show.pl?pid=12960 use cut/paste to view) and then another distribution/grounding on the front so I could easily access power in both the rear and the front. |

| Hi All,
Thought I would provide you an update on my Fuze Block project.
I mounted the Fuze Block inside the nose, just under the windscreen, right behind the dash and gages. I used 2 long double-sided velcro straps.
It fit perfectly, barely enough room.
I took the switched power from the low beam headlight.
I am in the process of hooking up the battery tender and motolights.
I will try to get some pictures tomorrow.

| Hi Erick, I used the Centech AP-2 and mounted it and the relay behind the left access door in the trunk. It was convenient to the battery. All my aux wires (pos & ground) are "homeruns" from the power block to the device. I did not want to pinch into the harness which could lead to problems down the line from vibration. In the picture you see one of the cheaper wire splices (blue) that caused me quite a lot of grief on a trip. I have since replaced it with a more stable connector. An even better way to get switched power is to buy the connector the DennisB makes, a clean plug-n-play solution. Contact him for details. |

| Hi masscoot,
Very nice job. Clean and everything is labeled.
Have to take some pics of mine. Hope to have the wiring done in a few days.
We got lots of snow here in Atlanta, everything is shudown.
