Knoxville, TN

Bob and I will be in Knoxville, TN June 12th thru June 18th. Is anyone interested in meeting up for a ride? We use Knoxville as our base. We have gone up to the KY border, NC, Blue Ridge PKWY.

Dale, would you and Kim be able to meet us somewhere between Huntsville and Knoxville if you have the time. Would enjoy meeting you both.

That is a strong possibility. There are plenty of great rides within minutes of Knoxville. Right now I'm prepping for a week long trip to New Orleans (Central City neighborhood) so am not thinking of too much other than my role there. I'll contact you after we return

Bob and I were there last July. Did a lot of riding on the Goldwing. He has been there numerous times when the Honda Hoot was going on. So he took me on alot of nice roads.

I wouldn't mind going towards you so I can say I've been to Alabama. I have been in 45 states. (Not on a motorcycle mind you.) I would like to get to Alabama, Louisianna, and Mississippi on my Swing. That would only leave Hawaii and Alaska to get to sometime. Not necessarily on my Swing.

Have a safe trip to New Orleans. Talk to you when you get back.

Welcome back Dale... I wondered what you had been up to. IF nothing happens to change our plans === Deb and I will be starting our trip to the east coast and beyond on May 12th. If you are still interested in my center stand I can bring it with me then. It is off and ready to be packed if you should need it sooner.

Same goes here glad your home. Bob and I will be leaving Chicago, on Saturday, June 11th. We hope to make it in one day. We will see.

We were going to use a trailer and drop off my mother-in-law in Kentucky but plans changed. We also may be riding with my daughter's boyfriend. He is also a new rider. He has a HD Street Bob.

Hope we can figure out a time we may be able to meet.

How long will you and Debbie be on your trip east? Will you be in the Knoxville area during that week in June?

Hello Cathy... we are kinda limited to 13 days since Debbie still works. Leaving on May 12th from Rison and getting back home around the 25th or 26th. I have some pretty detailed plans for the trip out to Kitty Hawk and up to Gettysburg. The return trip home is completely open now. I have to work on that before we leave.

Sounds like a great trip. I have been out riding the last two days. I rode for 170 miles each day. First real ride of the season. Felt great. We got up to near about 70 yesterday and almost 90 today. Storms are suppose to come in tonight. Talk to you later. I'm trying to catch up on all these post from the last couple of days.
