Silverwing600 Google Map

I have created a worldwide Silverwing600 Google Map that anyone can add their edit and add their own map pointer.

Enter http://maps.google.com on your brower. Make sure you are logged into Google, on the upper right corner should be your Google userid that you are logged in with. If not (create then) login with your Google userid. Once you are logged in continue with instructions below.

Instructions:
Click link above
Click "Edit" button on top left pane near map
Then zoom in Google Map to your "approximate" location ( it does not have to be exact to protect your "privacy"
Then click the blue pushpin "Add a placemark" on top left of map
A window will pop-up if you would like people to be able to PM you based on the map fill in "Title" with your www.silverwing600.com userid.
Click "OK" button
Click "Save" button on top left pane near map

Please use BLUE pushpins for members
Please use YELLOW pushpins for members willing to rescue other members (if possible).

If some does not want to create a Google account, then please post in this thread the information need to place a pushpin plus any personal notes you would like to add to the pushpin.

As I have time (or others) can place the pushpin on the Google map for your and then reply to the original post letting them ( and others ) know it has been done.


Please remember it does not have to be your personal home address, it could be a location near your home.

For once, a tool that is easy to use with very accurate instructions.

Thats were im living before. I worked on the airport as aircraft technician and i could nearly do the outsidecheck from my terrace. If you scroll in, you can see the big terrace above 3 garage (not visible from this angle), you can see also my bike (1200ccm Bandit) but i'm not at home, my car isn't there

btw: Sometime the aircrafts flying directly throught the line of sight between my satelite tv dish and the satelite that i have a very short moment no picture

I thought it might be fun to keep copies of the map as it grows.

Bill, I am 10 miles east of Tyler, Tx. on FM 850. I guess I have old Timers as I can't get it to work for me. Add me if you will. I am not able to go and help any one, But would like to be a part of this.

if someone could add me on the map I am in Scottsbluff Ne the gateway to the Black Hills. Might be helpful to someone in the future if they came through and broke down or something

Me too. I stuck my pin in Windsor Castle (the Queen's favourite "house"). I don't really live there; I'm on the other side of town, but I don't want you lot to find me!

Can someone add me to the map. Anyone traveling my way looking for a camp site,I have a double lot on the river that can accommodate any Swing riders over night camping by a camp fire ,bring a fishing rod,and relax in a safe fence in area.You can see my location on Google earth by the boat launch.

I added my pin to the map at Las Cruces, New Mexico on June 9, 2013. The only choice available to me was the blue pin. How do I modify it to yellow? Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

I got it done. Being a Pollack it took me a bit to figure it out but I succeeded! I now have a pin in Princeton, MN. Hopefully it didn't do any damage to downtown Princeton.
