| Hi All, After my little spill in the parking lot, I noticed my front fender had some deep scratches just along the right, front edge. So I went to the auto parts store and purchased a package of car door protective edging. This stuff comes in black or chrome and is just enough to do the front edge twice (if I ever need to do it again). For only $2.79 what a deal. It hides the scratches on this expensive fender and protects the fenders vulnerable front edge. It also gives the fender a more finished look. What do you think? | Looks good Dennis. How about the rest of your bike? You got it all back together yet? Would look funny with fender trim with no body. I need to copy the fender trim project. I think even I can do that. Gary |

| Hi Gary, No....the insurance company is draging their feet. So the replacement parts for the scooter is still down the road a ways. I've been looking around for the best deal from the Honda dealers on line. What a price difference between dealerships for these parts! Until then I'm going to just ride the scooter the way it is. :m/c: Got to get some fresh air from time to time. I just whish it would stop raining here. Had just about all I can stand of that stuff! Glad you'll like the fender trim. DennisB |
