my uk plate nimber is re08czs i would ile a us number plate made up with that so i can fix it to my scooter can anyone help please respect ad

In my state, the license plates are made by inmates at state prison. You can't get one unless you pay tax, title, and license fees on a vehicle at the county tag office, before which you will have presented said vehicle to an official inspection station for inspection. Whole thing can cost at least $800 (price depends partially on what they figure it's worth, so I'm thinking that's what I'll have to pay to title my new Swing).

So here in NC, not possible, I'm thinking.

Could try for a non-existent USA plate ( http://www.licenseplateshop.com/intro/flags.php ). You could ask them if they could stamp something on it.

Hi Adam, I think you'll find that it will be illegal to use a U.S. plate on the road here in the UK. Unless you want the plate to use as a show plate.
