| Hello all. I'm new here. I just bought a 2003 SW with 1945 miles on it. That's not a typo. 2K miles on a 9 yr old scooter.
I'm pleased as punch to have found it. After riding motorcycles since 1971, I bought a scooter, a SYM RV250 last year. I liked it, but almost immediately started lusting for a Silver Wing. It took a year for me to find an affordable SW in good condition....that was also red.
I've started reading posts here. Looks like my preliminary questions have already been asked, and answered. It's great to have information about my scooter.
I'm glad I found this forum.

| Thank you all for your warm welcome. I'm steadily checking out the threads here to learn more about my new (to me) machine. I also acquired a Service and Maintence book for it. There's nothing wrong with my bike, but I want to be ready. Ha. |
