Yesterday I met up with Robert (from this forum) and Vic from (Maxi-Scoots) and we went for a nice long ride! My mileage was 231 for the day not sure what they ended at. Vic rides a sweet Yamaha Majesty he recently purchased. It kept up well with our Silverwings!
Vic is in center with his Majesty and Robert on the right!
At Jerome, preparing to run amok on the city!
View showing the city really IS on a mountain side
Robert found this Stella and considered trading his Wing...but we talked him out of it! Haha.
With all the beautiful Harleys around, I take a picture of a Stella so I figured this pic was descriptive of us!
Neat story on here.
On the side of the above building, neat history!!!
A classic!
A picture of me seeking admittance. Hope my wife doesn't see this one
At the overlook above Jerome we met a group of German people on a Harley tour! They left Vegas on Harleys and had a lead pickup and a chase van. They visited with us for a while and told us that maxi's are quite popular in Germany and in their eyes less so here in the US. Nice visit! I also had a gentlemen on a sport bike come over and ask me details about the scooters! Pretty cool.
At the overlook we saw this track way up on the top of the hill. I tried to get Robert to ride his Wing up to check it out but he balked...Imagine that.
We went over Mingus mountain and stopped in Prescott and had lunch at the Gurley Grill. Then we meandered back down the hill into the heat of the afternoon!
A great day and ride! Thank you Vic and Robert!!!
