How many miles?????

After reading stories of the silverwing being able to cover big mileges, I thought I.d start a bit of a poll to see what miles forum members have done on their s/wings to give an idea of what miles are covered on different s/wings by their owners. (Hope its not been done before), I'll start the ball rolling , not too much imfo on mine because Ive not had it long, hopefully your readings might be more interesting, here goes.
Only bought mine early last month so, -2012, - 700 miles. First service last week.

I bought my 2009 with 1.3k on the clock last January and its now nearing 10K

I've seen one on Ebay with 88k miles and its still running!

While not the same thing, there is an updatable poll to list your miles under the general catagory. Interesting to see along with a number of other polls.

I bought my 09 on Oct 1st last year with 3200 kl ,one year later I am turning 30K kl,and climbing .

When I bought mine, it had 22K miles on it-now has just short of 29K. Just returned from a 1900 mile tour last month. No issues...great ride, great bike.

I still ride my little 150cc Keeway (until I can pay off 3B ) .... bought him brand new off the lot in July 2008, and he just rolled over 10,800 last week!!! For a 'cheap Chinese' scoot, it just keeps going and going and going!! I'm not complaining!! It keeps me on two wheels!!

26,000 on my chinese 150 currently, and 28,000 miles on the silverwing currently.

current mileage is 42750. Have taken several trips over 300 miles in one day.

My 05 now got 10190m (16400k), 2500m (4000k) was by me since buying it this past spring. Every mile (1.6k ) was enjoyable!!! No issues with anything, so far. May replace the drive belt this winter, no symptoms of it goin bad but its almost due for replacement and it'll give me a "bike" project on those long winter evenings! May replace the stock mirrors with the signal light ones as well. Ebay $35 for both (may ask santa).

Longest day trip has only been 240 miles and that was tied into work.
My wife and I hope to do Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway next year.

My SWing was purchased new in May 2012 with "0" miles on it. I now have over 3800 on it AND I was gone for 6 weeks this summer. So yes, been racking up the miles. Several 300+ mile days with highest so far of 367.

I mis-understood this post originally but if you asking for the longest trip made on my silverwing that was this past summer I rode to Lake Placid, NY from Atlanta, GA which was almost 1200 miles spread over two days, then I was there helping family for a week and two day return trip all freeway and the Wing did fantastic. Only bike I've ever owned you can be on for 11 hours in 1 day and still be reasonably comfortable. I couldn't make that trip on my Aprilia Sport touring bike unless I had a week to get there LOL, 45 minutes and your butt is already sore on that.

As a side note I did ride up White Face to the peak while I was there and it was one of the best rides I've ever done period.

Bought my 2009 Swing with 3700 miles 9/25/10. I am now at 33,540. I hope to reach 30,000 or more by end of this season.

Took three 1 week trips this summer, Knoxville, TN (June), OH, WV, PA (July), Black Hills, SD (August) totaling about 7800 miles in those three weeks. The longest day on the bike was 620 miles about 12 hours. That is the most miles I have done in one day. Enjoying the ride and the people I meet along the way. Along with having a hobby both my husband and I can enjoy.

I have one of those cheap chinese scooters that wouldn't last they said.... 3.5 years ago!!!
And know those are miles not Kilometers

1 time it left me stranded which is when I learned what a CVT belt was and that they don't last forever lol....

My 07 SilverWing 600A has 5900 miles
My 07 Burgman 400 has about 32000
My 09 Stella 2T 4300 miles
My 12 GTX 50 has about 1000 Kilometers

My first SW - 4 Years 73.200 km = 45.500 miles
My second Sw - 4,5 years 125.600 km = 78.000 miles

Total. 198.800 km = 123.500 miles

Got mine on Saturday with 2 miles on the clock - made it to 110 today.

83.000 miles since 2006 , running ever so smoothly, except because of some fumbling the central electronic gave up. using the excuse to spoil myself with a 2011 SW. Old one will be repaired
