S.E. GA on the board

Good afternoon everybody. Want to introduce myself and herself... We are new to the board, obviously. We are in Saint Marys, GA and are looking at getting a Silverwing. Mostly for the wife to ride and for me to ride on occasion. I'm trying to sell my Goldwing and make room for a Silverwing. My neighbor has one but has had some hard times on it as well as fun times. We were thinking of buying his if he is serious about selling. Anyway, look forward to gaining some valuable insight on this little rocket.

Thanks for the welcome all. If my neighbor doesn't sell we will definitely still look for one. I rode his after his last lay down and was quite surprised at the way it handled and the quiet power it has. I talked to him yesterday and he still doesn't know for sure whether he wants to sell it or not. He loves his Swing. I understand.

What's a decent price to offer for a 2006 if he does decide to get rid of it? It has been down at least twice that I know of. First time was pretty bad but it was brought back to like new condition. This time, looks like only cosmetic.
