| Recently I have been hearing a random noise coming from the front end of my Silverwing that sounds like a train whistle blowing or just a horn of some kind but doesnt sound anything like the horn on the silverwing.
At first I thought it was coming from the audio headset I usually wear as I listen to music while riding. But when I took my headphones off I still heard the noise.
It lasts only a 2nd or two and it happens randomly, every 2-5 minutes. For the life of me I cannot figure out where this is coming from.
Any ideas or suggestions for me?

| It happens to me , on a long radius turn ,Its my front tire that has a slit cupping trapping air contacting the pavement when into a curve. |

| Thanks for the response Tinman,
However...I hear the sound when driving on the straightaway. Is it possible that i could be experiencing what you describe when not in a turn?
After reading your response I went home and took a close look at my front tire. I then figured out the noise is most likely coming from my GPS:o(.
I haven't heard it since turning my GPS off and taking it for a spin this afternoon. I will keep monitoring it. Thanks again.
