Hello,

Found this track I had recorded on a trip in 2011. Very short (4 miles) between the SuperU supermarket in Millau (petrol and refreshment halt) to a little car park at the top of the hill.

File opens in Google Earth. Go to Point 'A' and open Street View. through Creissels, take a left turn off the main road and follow the winding road upwards. One hairpin caught me out, a right handed hairpin at 3.25 miles. Required a bit of to-ing and fro-ing . At the top the views are stunning. We had similar weather when we were actually there.

Cheers,

This ride was part of a fantastic day's ride in June 2011. Here are the tracks of the full ride. Basically, we started off from Espouzolles (Gite GIL on GE) near St Chely d'Apcher, down to Mende and towards Florac. Through Ispagnac and followed the Tarn Gorge, onto Millau. Then the road shown, From there will made our way to the A75 south of the bridge. North on the A75, over the bridge and up to St Chely d'Apcher. Back to the gite.
You will notice that after leaving the carpark (Millau4) we actually crossed the A75. We thought this was out junction onto the motorway (TomTom) but it has gates across so we had to continue on. Further down the road you will notice we had to turn around. Again TomTom, we turned around where the tarmac stopped. We eventually got onto the A75 after another turn around (this time it was my fault). I quick run up the best bit of motorway you could possibly wish to ride on. About 175 miles of pleasure.
