Latest Topics - Where do they go?

I have a habit of opening the site and looking at the Latest Topics on the side bar. What, where and how does a topic move to another location in the forum when the space on the side bar is limited. I have trouble finding them when the fall off they bottom!

Bookmark and use this link, it lists all the new posts since you last visited:

It can be found on the top right hand side of the main page.

Topics are always placed in a forum or sub forum.
Latest topics is not a separate forum but a collection of recent posts.
For instance, your topic is in "Tips on using this site" but it is also in the latest topic section.

Thanks....that's what I suspected....now I just have to remember the topic for the search!

You can click on "View posts since last visit". This is located at the upper right side of the main forum page.
