I am starting to believe that the Swing beach picture is pissing off old man winter and his pay back is this miserable global weather we are having .

Whilst the scooter is impressive what really is impressive is the sloping sea, I'm assuming it is the Black Sea as that flows downhill towards the Mediterranean.
