| Hello all, my name is Haakon and I just picked up a 2004 Silverwing with 15K miles on it. It's taking quite an adjustment having just sold my Honda ST1300 a few days ago.
I really like the bike so far except I don't always know what to do with my feet. I also had and issue when I was nearly home where the bike wouldn't start. I'll start a thread in another forum for that issue.
Nice to meet you all!
Haakon |

| Welcome. A couple of suggestions have been posted re the non start. Hope it's something as simple as those. As for your feet, just tap in time to music. |

There are multiple positions for your feet: 1) Heals down feet up as far forward as possible 2) Feet completely down as far forward as possible 3) Feet completely down as far back as possible 4) Anywhere between #2 -> #3 5) With Utopia backrest, I can also do #1 lean all the way back as possible and pivot the backrest for great stretching and relief. For a) highly curvy road I like 1 b) long trips I use all of them Try them all out and determine what works best for you |

| Welcome Haakon
If you have ever seen Fred Flintstone drive his car, you don't do that.
I think that over time, you will figure out what is most comfortable for you.
Enjoy |
