| Hi,
We got back from 2 weeks in Holland a couple of days ago and it was a great time. I didn't see any large scooters other than 1 Burgman, and I think it was a 400. But they sure do like the 50cc scooters and had so many of them to choose from. My wife said that she didn't think you need a license to ride a 50cc and they usually ride them on the bike paths. They seem to have bike paths along just about every street and all the highways.
I could see just having a 50cc scoot for in town or even town-to-town travel there. They seem to be faster and quicker than the 50cc scoots here in the states too.
But I looked for Silver Wings but didn't see 1 there. They all seemed to be small scoots. But it was a great time though. |

| A 50cc scooter is okay in Holland until you come to a hill!

| There's only one notable hill in Holland and it's near what the Germans call the Dreiländereck or Three Country Corner where the borders of Belgium, Holland, and Germany meet. It's a bit like a European version of Tan Hill, where the county borders of Cumbria, North Yorkshire, and County Durham join. I don't think the Dutch need any Mountain Rescue Teams either. |
