| Hi Guys,
Lately I noticed that when I go over a little hole in the road the Silverwing slow down for a second as if I leave the throttle. Do you have any ideas? |

| Check for loose resistor caps on the spark plugs. Most of the times are hard to lock them completely |

| I would check the sidestand safety switch. Could be an intermittent open circuit caused by the brief impact. Separate the connector, make sure the contacts are not bent or loose, and reassemble. |

| Hey Ofer, I have noticed the same thing happening on my bike, and I don't know why. But, I think the front forks are probably to blame for that. I get a jarring from my handlebars as I go over any hole, and specially if the road has been chipsealed the surface is not even, and the ride is really rough and the bike just slows and speeds up ever so slightly all the time. What helped me was that I stopped the throttle from jiggling by keeping a slight steady pressure. It kept the revs up and smoothed out the ride. It is in the wrist action, and you'll know when it starts working for you. Somebody else may know why this happens or perhaps someone with upgraded front springs can tell us if they help. |

You may wish to try a throttle lock to see if it just your hand coming off the throttle a bit - the SWing is very sensitive to engine braking. Putting in hypersprings will help reduce 'pothole dive' - it is a great mod. |

| Dimond, I agree with your advice to try a throttle lock. I think the Silverwing has the most sensitive throttle of any of my scooters. cotetoi, this may be s stupid question but what is a chipsealed surface? |
