| Hi guys! My name is Fernando and I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I bought a SW 600/2007 from an argentine guy who lives in New York, and he came with his bike here. I think that it is the only unit in my city (posibly also in my country). The bike was poorly mantained. The engine was good, but the plastics were horrible. Here you have pics now and before... |

| Hello Fernando
Welcome to the forum. It looks like you've done a great job of repairing the body work. |

| Fernando you did a great job. If you did the work yourself you will have no problem keeping up your scooter. Almost anything you need to know can be found in Maintenance, Tips and Hints or "Pictorials" Maintenance sections of this forum. Welcome to the best silverwing site on the web. Also would you rather be referred to as Fernando or fgaiazzi? |

| Many thanks to all of you for yours comments! I prefer to be referred to as Fernando, and I was reading some interesting articles in the Maintenance section. My previous scooter was a Kymco Xciting 500, and I could put my hands on it (xenon lights, leds, carbon vinyl, etc). I like to do the maintenanice (oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, etc) Nobody knows this model in Argentina, even the official representatives of Honda... |

| Fernando, if you go to your profile you will see a category labeled Signature. If you click on Signature you can put your name and any information you would like to appear at the bottom of every post.(see below my post) That way everyone will know your name and anything you want to share them. This post will eventually get lost down the list, which means your name will get lost too. I hope this is some help to you and anyone who would like to use the signature line. |

You are more than welcome. Anytime you join a new forum there is so much to get used to. I'm happy to help a new member feel welcome. This big world we live in gets smaller every day. When I was young if someone told me I would be communicating with people all over the world I would have called them a liar. But then I wouldn't have believed man would walk on the moon. |

| Thanks again, model28a! Now, my next project is try to modify the dashboard lighting because I don´t liike the current yellow light. I am thinking in something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpkQGpD8oQI (just see the part between 20 seconds and 30 seconds) (the rest of the LEDs are too much for me)

| I like the dash lights but I don't think I would go as far as the rest of them. Keep us informed how you make out. I wish I had the answers for you. |
