After owning a Suzuki burgman 650, burgman 400, and a Honda Helix, I decided to get a Silverwing. I also ride a 2007 Gold Wing, but like having a scooter too. The wing will be mainly for longer trips. So far I like like silver wing. It has plenty of power, fairly smooth, and seems to be relatively easy to work on. It is a 2009 with 8000 miles, corbin seat and a few other extras. I think I'll be keeping this scoot for a long time.

  You will love the Silver Wing for long trips. I run mine to Oklahoma this past summer from New Port Richey, Florida. I was gone for 5 weeks and just over 4,000 miles as it was just so much fun riding in OK and AR.

  New member in Ga. Got me a used o5 SW. Wore out a bunch of bikes. Three G wings. My wife won't ride any more so the 'scoot works for me. My last scooter was a Vespa 40 years ago. Had a ST1100 but like the Swing better. so sold the st. I like no shift. I have a nice shop and can make most anything. Trailer hitch next and trialer. Have idea for a two wheel side car more stable than traditional. SW has small oil leak that is bugging me. The last guy fiddled with it too much. Thought he was a racer. Same with the ST I sold. Had trans whine from hard shifting in the mountains. I don't race and have been riding since 1957 and never any accidents! I'm 71 and love to ride. If you would like to know what holds a motorcycle upright, ask me, I know. Or anything round that rolls. coins tires hoops bicycles etc. We call em motacicles down heah! looking for the seat back extenion on here . Can't seem to locate. fella took two flat pieces of metal and raised the back rest. Gonna do it even if I can't find him. Bye Ya'll
