Convert KPH to MPH or MPH to KPH?

I just noticed that the speedo healer has this function for those that need it.

But not as simple as looking at the km/h or mph rings already there on your speedometer, or fitting a widely available speed limit conversion sticker on your screen. I've got one on my Airflow that shows national km/h speed limits in mph which is very handy when riding in Europe. The other one in the set shows mph speed limits in km/h.

I seem to remember the issue came up about a year ago or so, as someone from Canada I believe, had gotten a USA bike and wanted the conversion. I couldn't find it in the search, so I just put up the topic.
