| I rode to Barrhead ( 230 kms ) today to check on my farm, cut the grass and stopped at local AW at 3.30 to see old friends that go there every day. one of em asked. Why do you wear such a bright helmet...so that the cagers dont kill me,he didnt know what a cager was,so explained. I still have a lot of wind noise..even after installing the new Air Flow Windshiled. tryed it up. down. half way ? not much better than the stock ,tryed all 3 of my helmets. 3/4 full ..and this new modular , except for hands not so cold now. the side wings really help the legs though. like to find a Hi Visibility coat and pants too. the bike is too dark from the side. |

| It wasn't a "stupid" question. It was an opportunity for you to teach. Maybe you educated someone and the reference to cager danger will stick with them. As to visibility from the side, you might try typing visibility into the search box (upper left hand corner). There are a couple of threads on increasing both personal and bike visibility. I wasn't sure which you were looking for. Of course if they can't see your hi-viz helmet from all directions, I don't know if they can be helped. (Nice look, by the way) Maybe their seeing eye dog will bark. |

| According to my Harley riding friend, there are 2 earth objects visible to the naked eye from the ISS (International Space Station). They are:
1) The Great Wall of China 2) Me on my Silverwing wearing my hi-viz helmet and hi-viz mesh jacket. |
