| I stopped by the Honda dealer for a oil filter for my SW and discovered it's the same one that goes on the Goldwing 1500. So if you find a cross reference to a Goldwing 1500 filter it will work on your SW. Below are links to some oil filter information I found online a couple years ago, some may find it useful.

| I will just go for SuperTech ST-7317. It used to be 2.24, now 2.84 ea. 26% increased on the price. But still cheaper than most of the other filters. Easy to get, available in most of the Walmart stores. I started to use on my 98 Magna, 99 Valkyie, even 83 Sabre, now will be on Swing.
My two cars Honda CR-V and Hyundai Elantra both used the same. Always keep few in my garage. Kind of one size fit all. The quality seems to be pretty good. Combined about 150K miles in the last few years. No problems at all. |
