| I am not sure how to measure my throttle for size to get a throttle lock. I am looking at vista type. When I look on Amazon and put in my bike it says it does not fit. Help? |

| 7/8" bar size, you could use a digital caliper to double check. |

| This is the one I have on my 08 SWing and it works great: http://tinyurl.com/pv665xl
One thing I just remembered. I had to file the lock where it went between the throttle cables to make it just a bit narrower. Not a problem seeing as it's plastic. But hey, now it's a custom fit. |

| Oldernewrider welcome to the best Silverwing forum on the web. As has been posted above your scooter has 7/8" handlebars. If you are looking forward to learning and plan on doing your own maintenance you'll find you can do anything you need or want with the service manual and help from this forum. I add the paragraph below for most new members because there's a lot of information in the links and may save you some work. Here are some links(3 below in blue)that will help you learn a lot about your Silverwing. | If you want the best I still recommend the bar end type. Koako is the best of several I've used over the years. The Vista Cruise type are cheap but don't last as well and are more difficult to keep in adjustment.
