| 2nd run out this year ,lovely sunshine but cold. Around 4 degrees C in sunshine 0 C degree in shade. I have already fitted heated grips but thought of a cheap heated seat. Bought a heated seat cover for a car from Lidls around £10 ,wired an accessory 12v plug to the battery direct with an inline fuse. Seat cover fits perfect covering driver and pillion areas and is held in place with the elastic straps fitted to the cover. Absolutely fantastic both me and my wife with lovely warm bums. At this price well worth a try. |

| Another option is a thin carbon fibre reinforced heat mat sourced from a Chinese web site. They come in various sizes; with a 12v plug and rotary control, for about AUD25.00. Taped to the underside of my lambswool seat cover, it works a treat. Unfortunately, try as I might, I cannot post pictures on this site. |
