Has anyone purchased any spray cans of paint for their Swing? Any vendors you'd recommend? I have larger areas on my bike I'd like to paint.

I recall finding a lot of good paint info on one of the Goldwing forums. The paint color code for your scoot is on a label in the luggage box. Find your color code and google it. I found a matching spray paint for my '09 S'Wing at Advance Auto. IIRC it was a Ford color --obviously not the same as yout '04.

Several months ago got hit and went down. Left side was ground down to plastic. Found plenty of good videos on utube how to bondo and paint. Rust-Oleum was the most recommended, used their primer, paint (gloss black) and clear. Black is very easy to work with. It came out perfect. Saved alot of money on do it yourself. I did find out in buffing Honda's paint is not too thick.

Some time ago John Grindsel advised for small touch up jobs nail varnish, I used this , I then used some Humbrol paint that is used to paint plastic models and this did well. Never needed to paint large areas though.

I bought a can of aerosol paint off the Internet. Absolutely fine. Used it to touch up a mark on one of the lower panels. Like new again.
