| somebody knows what these 2 holes are for? i can see threadings inside but i dont remember taking something apart over there. |

| No mention of a puller in the WSM, I wonder if they're for holding the casing to a fixture during a machining operation |

I'd have to agree with you. That bearing could be pulled with a expandable tool no need for for threaded holes there for a puller. Large center hole for centering outer case on a fixture. Video not in english so who knows. Made his own bearing puller from a few bolts good idea. If he threaded center hole and used a small slide hammer would have pulled bearing. Maybe a little heat it would come out better. |

| What I remember doing (if my memory serves me correctly), when I had a Burgman, I used those two holes to screw in two bolts ( a little at a time) left side then right side a 1/4 turn , left side then right side until inner contact was made that popped off cover for me to get to the belt. |

Maybe a little heat it would come out better. Indeed bud, WSM says to warm the casing with a heat gun sufficient for the bearing to drop out & to fit new bearing with a drift. |

| yes its to pull that cover off as sometimes its stuck and easy to break if ya try to pry it off |
