Dashboard lights off

Hi all, on my run into work today at some point all my dashboard went off, speedo leds the lot. Indicator lights still worked and no interruptions to the engine or power. Any clues before I start to rip it apart?

All sorted, it was a fuse blown. Front bank, second from top, marked as ‘’HORN METER STOP TAIL”. Don’t know why it blew but my headlight and tail lights/brake lights were off along with the whole dashboard. I had my heated grips on too so maybe they are on the same fuse, these were dealer fitted heaters. One to keep an eye on in case it blows again.

Now that you mention that it was the horn... fuse you might want to insure that a horn lead hasn't come loose and is shorting to the frame.
