| hello i replaced the drive belt on my Silverwing. Could anyone tell me please how to reset the amber Vdashboard light after the belt change.

| A search for "reset the v light" gave me this old post. - rodenbach wrote:

press both "MODE" and "RESET" buttons (trip/clock) HOLD both buttons pressed THEN turn the ignition key to "ON" still honding both buttons down. AFTER TWO SECONDS the V-light should lit up. TURN OFF ingnition. DONE. |

| I rely on my owner's manual,I can never remember how to do the reset.( old timers ) |

this worked a treat; after two seconds the V light started to flash; job done.
have a nice day; over here spring is just coming, the sun is out with temp around 50 - 60F; perfect weather for riding. |
