| Subject: Deltran Battery Tender Jr - Question Sun Jun 13, 2010 9:25 pm | |
| Hey All, I purchased the Deltran battery tender junior. I have a 2008 Silverwing. In the Silverwing manual, it specifically states to remove the battery if using a battery charger or tender. This is annoying to say the least. Why should I have to disconnect the battery? Wanted to get your opinions on this. Does it screw up the Silverwings electronics or something? Thanks |

| Hi ehaughn, Welcome to the forum.
I do agree with bigbird. You should be able to use your battery tender with your battery installed in the scooter. But aways remember to disconnect the tender when you start your bike. Just a good practice. |

| On page 154 of my owners manual, under Battery/Battery Charging, it shows the battery removed when on the trickle charger. Can someone post a picture on where the routed the battery tender connector? |
