| Hi Grizzly,
What's are the 4 wires? The Perfect connector has 5 wires that are deticated and match the lights that are used on the Silverwing. Sounds like your trailer is set up for a truck or car plug. You can get a 5 pin plug at the auto parts store. |

| OK! thanks. DennisB But I might use the trailer on my truck wich he has a 4 pin connecter to. So if the wing has a 5pin connecter that means it runs all the wire lights individually.l then I will need a relay concerter. Right or Wrong. |

| Sounds like the relay light converter would be the winning ticket. What unit are you thinking about getting for the SWing?
Here's one that looks good. Off Ebay and is $17.99:

| One other possible problem to consider is the load on the Silverwing wiring. An isolation harness protects the bike's wiring from load issues and problems in the trailer wiring, shorts, grounds, etc. Without the isolator, the bike's wiring is at risk from different problems.
There are a few units to choose from, my other bike has the unit from Lewis Preston, Son of the founder of Bustec trailers and all around good guy.

Either way you will want to fuse each wire separately (except ground) to isolate the original OEM wiring. Here is the trailer 4 pin detail 1) right turn signal / stop light (green) 2) left turn signal / stop light (yellow) 3) taillight / license / side marker (brown) 4) ground (white). Here the OEM detail a) Lb (Light Blue) - Right Rear Turn Signal b) Orange (Orange) - Left Rear Turn Signal c) Bl/Br (Black/Brown) - Running Lights d) G (Green) - Frame Ground e) G/Y (Green/Yellow) - Brake lights You will need a relays to combine the a/e wires for the right turn/brake AND b/e for the left turn/brake in order have both turn signal and brake lights. You would also want to make sure that the turn signal has preference over the brake light to ensure you still have turn signals while hitting the brake. I would think this would be very easy for DennisB to do. Or http://www.electricalconnection.com/wire-harnesses/hrns-trailer.htm ( p/n 07664 ). Here is my wiring detail ( https://www.silverwing600.com/t1417-parallel-wiring?highlight=parallel+wiring#11592 ). |

| Hey grizzly,
Do you feel that your question was answered properly?
OR
Do feel that you received enough help to get the job done correctly?
OR
Do you now have more questions and that little voice inside your head saying: WHAT HELL WAS ALL THAT CRAP? |
