Torque values please?

Hello. Could a member with a SWing service manual look up a couple torque values for me?

Specifically, I am looking for the torque value of the pinch bolts on the LOWER triple clamp....that secure the fork legs.

Also, the torque value of the pinch bolts that secure the front axle....
