Hi everyone! Had my wing since mid august and have put more miles on it than i have each year on my helix. I bought an 02 w/30k on and it looks and runs great. after a lot of research I decided on and just received my AF214. Now I'm wondering about picking up a 05 wing w/16k on it. I paid 2500 for mine and the one i'm looking at's asking 3100. Think it's worth it to have one w/half the miles? Thanks, Good ridin john

Howdy John. Welcome to the forum. With older bikes, it is the care they received, more than only the mielage. At 16k, the scooter will need a new belt if it has not been replaced. Has the regular service been done? Only you can decide the value. You can also ask to have a mechanic check it for you.

I'm waiting to find out about what all has been done and how old the tires are. The wing i have now is coming up on 32k and i'll eneed the valves done. So I'm gonna have to spend some money anyway. The belt I can do. the valves I'm not up for. thanks, john

john, welcome. I would keep the one I already had. If you have had no problems with it. No reason to spend money on a "New" one if you don't need it. Now if you want to get the new one to keep the old one company, if you can do that I would go for it.
