New User Here

Hi All,

New User here: My name is Tim, and I live near Philadelphia, PA. I've had my Silverwing since '03, and currently have ~35K miles on it --many of them are Touring miles.. I've been posting on the Yahoo Silverwing Forum for many years, and checking in on the Silverwing.org forum for quite awhile too --as I'm sure many of you, with familar screen names, are aware.

I purchased my Silverwing specifically with long distance touring in mind -as opposed to commuting. That being said, I don't get the opportunity to get on the road as much as I'd really hoped for.

Also, FWIW, I also do most of my own maintenance.

Hi Jumper! And welcome to "forumotion". I new I'd seen that user name before elsewheres. Your experience will be a great addition to the volumes of info available on this site. Great bunch of people here too!
